Of which Federal Government abandoned Properties alone, is estimated at $230 Billion. This is in a country where there's lots of unemployment and housing deficit to the tune of 28 Million, according to available statistics. This is to say, the purpose of establishing Nnendu Homes and Properties Ltd is to play a role in unlocking these $900 Billion locked up in residential properties and agricultural land as deed capital.

Prince Chinwendu C. R. Chukwunulu the founder and 10% shareholder. Chinwendu happens to be a businessman with 8 years’ experience in the Nigeria property and housing market, as a realtor. He holds many certifications among which is a miniMBA from Tekedia institute. Leadership and Management certificate from Daystar Leadership Academy. Ministry Certificate from Daystar Ministry School. Mission Certificate from Daystar Mission School. Before now. He has worked as managing partner of Nnendu Manufacturing Company and Proven Solutions.
